When i was 17 years old, i was at my best and run 49s. I was not even top 50 in my country and never managed to go further than interregional competition. Taking that into account with the profesional level haaland has, he should be able to run between 46-48s. Taking into account best 400m runners are arround 43s44s. So hard win for him.

I think that it is better not for women to compete with men. This will bring in a lot of gender issues and the whole thing will become messy unnecessarily.
