Hafthor Bjornsson (Hafthor Björnsson) is a professional strongman athlete and actor from Iceland. He won world's strongest man 2018 and played Gregor "The Mountain" Clegane in the award-winning HBO series Game of Thrones.
Strongman athletes are HUGE and thus need to eat extreme amounts of food to maintain weight. Hafthor is no exception; he recently uploaded a full day of eating episode in which he shows all the foods he eats in a day. Mindblowing!!!
This makes for the perfect diet challenge. I've replicated his daily diet and above is my attempt to eat like the world's strongest man. ENJOY!
