Croation Burek (via my Great Aunts used to make back in 1970s) is one big filo dough rolled into one big roll and cut and cooked. Sort of a mix of the two here.

Well,they are basiclly the same,but- crown thing is that we in Serbia call them all ,,burek"- with meat,spinat,chesse,potato etc but they guys call t if its with chesse- ,,sirnica", if its with potato- ,,krompiruša" etc etc. You cant make a mistake with the Balkan foods. Espetially in Bosnia,they are the mixing pot of everything and all of it is damn' gooooood. All the best from Serbia
