Hell No!!!! You wait this long for an exotic car to be made. Bro, i thank you from the bottom of my heart. I wanted to place an order for 4 sets but now i will rather seek elsewhere. With an LT like that this company will not do business too long even though they sell a great product.

Because they're some of the toughest boots around, but the cost comes mostly from the hand made in USA part.

A real summer type work boot is one that’s made with a lighter upper in the style of the jungle boot. Not as durable but in 89 degree temperatures your foot will not have the sock stuck to it

the try on pair can take closer to 12 weeks (like mine did) and depends on when that size is available to be sent to you too. and if you placed your order 3 months ago then youre going to have another 3+ months to go before they get made

@@davidpatterson6589 well it would be nice if they explain that, on the email I got from them it says 6-8 weeks. As I said no contact in 3 months. I don’t mind waiting as long as there is some sort of customer service guide.

@@MaicSalazarDiagnostics In my email confirmation of my order it says right in the description "Fitting method (U.S. Only) Send me a pair to try on. (May take up to 12 weeks to get try on pair)." It also says at the bottom "I've read and understand lead-times. (16-20 weeks) Yes". It also says right on their website, under the 'lead times" section in BIG RED LETTERS "These lead times are not determined lightly, while we believe they are accurate they are only an estimate. Actual build and delivery times may vary, and are subject to change." So they do and did explain that. If you didn't take the time to read over everything that you were acknowledging that is your fault, not theirs.

Once we receive your request we will put you in line for a pair of try on boots. This can take 6 to 8 weeks, but you will receive a confirmation email when we ship the boots! 4. Once you receive the try on boots follow the instructions that were emailed to you and then fill out the Fit Questionnaire included in the email. 5. @@MaicSalazarDiagnostics I got the exact same email, so I have already read it, which is why I can talk about it. Also, since I live on the east coast, it would be hard for me to work for them. The 2600 mile drive each way would be killer. My whole point was they say right on the website the time is an estimate. Yes, if you're already 13 weeks in I would absolutely contact them directly and ask why. I have no idea what you ordered, so there may be a delay in the leather, or something else. Only way is to contact them directly and ask.

did you put your number in queue to get a call back? a small company cant answer every phone call the second they come in because.. well theyre a small company. try leaving a comment on their reddit page or an email. every time ive had to call them they were great but did take a little bit to get a response so calm down

When I was going through the try on process, customer service was great. I have had to leave my contact number, but they always called back within 30 minutes. Much better service than other BIG companies for sure.

I've called a number of times and I have gotten an answering machine every time. They tell you to leave your number and they will get back to you ASAP. I've never waited more than 15 minutes to get a call back from them so far. I personally like this way of doing it more than calling a company and sitting on hold for 20 minutes wondering if anyone is ever going to pick up. At least you can do stuff around the house while you wait for the call back.

Except a LOT of orders with a smaller manufacturing capacity. Also so e of their models have lead times of few weeks.

Most custom made stuff requires you to wait. I’m assuming they’re experiencing all the same problems most manufacturers are right now. It’s bad no matter what you do so I say shut your trap and wait. Or go buy something else you can get right now. I can’t afford the price myself but I’m glad that someone still makes shoes in this country
