Sorry if my comment was not understandable.i meant that the wonderkids themselves will join when they become good, to make them good you first have to get offered by a good club in latvia with but or just get an free offer for a lower tier club, then you can use wonderkids already like ze rato and others which you have to buy in first year because they get pricy in the next years. You have to win leagues and everything to get money use that money to upgrade your academy, then the academy must make wonderkids that will develop, and they get in National team afterwards, takes a lot of time but yeah.
