Also as a minor suggestion, depending on the shaders you use, you can change the sun's angle which in your case the sun is north of the strip but instead make the sun appear more towards the south to add more realism to your build. Other than that it looks great!! Keep it up!

FYI, the Tropicana did open in 1957, but in the case with most old school Vegas casinos that are built originally around the 1960's or earlier, the high rises are typically built a lot later and the structures may even completely differ from the original ones, since over time as the resorts got bigger, renovation and expansion projects have taken place throughout the years. The Club Tower of the Tropicana (the one further from the Strip) was built in 1986 and the Paradise Tower was built in 1979. Also another minor thing, the complex that houses the Aria, Vdara, Waldorf, Crystals, etc is all simply called CityCenter, Aria is obviously the main one but the only hotel that has a casino (Vdara doesn't have a casino). Also the building you mention at 14:55 is actually what used to be another building called the Harmon. The backstory of it is that in around 2006-09 when CityCenter was built, they discovered some mistake was made in its construction, and they had to cap it off way lower than the intended height, and was intended to be another non-gaming hotel. They eventually dismantled it around 2015, which is basically the state it had been until the Google Earth shot you must've been referencing. Considering CityCenter was kinda brand new when I was a kid, it honestly kinda sucks they only built a Ross Dress for Less as its replacement. Edit: Kinda more fun facts but at 16:44 the weird circular structure in the middle of the back of Planet Hollywood has a backstory. The site before 1998 was the old Aladdin Hotel, which that year they imploded and planned to build a new Aladdin which opened in 2000 (which was later renamed to Planet Hollywood) but they actually kept the original Aladdin Theater in the new Aladdin and it still exists today which is why it doesn't fit in with the rest of the hotel :] Anyway as someone who has been going to Vegas since I was a kid and has been working on a Las Vegas Inspried Map since I was like, 7, all hats down to you! This is absolutely sick!

Las vegas tropicana opened late 1957, its one of the oldest hotels in vegas besides flamingo. Also its getting demolished for a new baseball stadium..
