To think that at this exact moment, 20 years ago, the North Tower was already burning.

That's amazing! I'll start with my own WTC- World on saturday at 6am, but I think it will never be so gorgeous like yours. I hope it will be finished at april 4, 2023, exactly fifty years after the World Trade Center was opened for public.

The attention to detail is astounding on here. It really is probably the closest we will ever get to people (like me who was just a baby when the towers fell) a chance to experience what it was like to be standing in the midst of the WTC. Have you thought about doing a side-by-side-comparison video of famous ground shouts of the WTC with a picture of your version at relatively the same angle?

It baffles me that this hasn't gotten about a million more thumbs up. Thank you, sir, for the respectful, tasteful, and artistically brilliant way that you built your world trade center area and made this video showcasing it. And thank you for not forgetting, and for doing well more than your part to see to it that the rest of us also don't forget. The horrors of 9-11 must never happen again. We must all be vigilant in protecting ourselves and each other from the bigotry and bloodlust that engineered the over 3,000 murders that happened that day, and later on as a result of it. Again, thank you for the respectful way in which you have honored the dead and by extension, the loved ones they left behind.

That is wonderful and astonishing bro , I never could see the world trade center,I had planned to trip to NewYork city in December on 2001 but that never happened cause the 9/11 and now I am living in New York city at least now have the opportunity to see it in minecraft what a imposing and beautiful was the world trade center! I was 4 years old when 9/11 happened. I don't remember much other than my mom screaming when she saw the TV but didn't let me see what was happening. RIP to all victims of the attacks. 🙏

This is absolutely incredible! I assume you used the chisel and bits mod or something else to refine the detail. I'm also in the process of making my own WTC complex replica once minecraft 1.18 comes out, which increases the height limit so that I can get the height also accurate (400+ meters)

That looks great man !! I've started to build a WTC map too, it's in 1:4 scale but using little tiles, so it's basically like building it in 1:1 as I can reduce a block to a 4th of it (a single vanilla block is made of 16x16x16 miniblocks, I'm using 4x4x4 ones) so I can get (almost) the highest detail as the mod can deliver without chopping them in half due to height restrictions.

You do those great buildings justice 👍🏻

God I miss them and the rest of the Complex and I've Never even Been to the City yet but I've learned as much as I can on Internet with Tourists vids and Pics and Just the history of it All as Even before WTC which was 'Radio Row' !

I was born on 2006 however, I never will know the feeling of the terror that day but before that day when they stood, as soon as I saw the first picture of the Twin Towers, I fell in love with them and New York and now my soul belongs in New York as it my dreams but I have researched so much on the towers and I love those buildings at they will always stand tall in spirit and BLESS ALL THE SOULS and RIP but never forget! :) I have much more to say but I love these building as I fell in love with them but they will always be forever here. GOD BLESS AMERICA! NEVER FORGET

I have had an unhealthy obsession with these two. An interest in learning more about 9/11 led me to becoming obsessed with both planes and these buildings. I finished up my first pair of towers in January 2023. 1WTC is 146 blocks high and 2WTC is 114 blocks high sans observation deck. Now I’m working on the whole complex, as it was in 1975 (No Marriott or Building 7) which is a heavily underrated version of the Twins tbh.

So excited!

Did you use mods to build like that on your world? Also this is an insane build. I had a build as well and it was worked on for a long time but I quit on it because it was too big for its kind of interior.

Will there be an interior like last time still?

I noticed you never looked up at your towers. I'm assuming that is because the height limit cut them off and you had to build the rest elsewhere. If you get the cubic chunks mod, then you can build infinitely high. I see you have used mods to get the proper size and shape of the exterior beams so I believe cubic chucks shouldn't be an issue for you. With that mod, you can have one continuous tower instead of having it get cut off

Okay so i need help. I am currently building the World Trade Center 1:1 in minecraft plus the surrounding areas the like Verizon building and 1 Liberty plaza for example. I am currently unable to finish the block where the behind where the Burger king is, and the interior of 130 Liberty. I have no managed to find and Images or minecraft builds displaying either of these things. Help needed.
