I show how to fix a OnePlus phone that is stuck in a boot loop, constantly restarting (keeps restarting) or stuck on the OnePlus Logo. This should work on the OnePlus 5t, OnePlus 6, 6t, OnePlus 7, 7 Pro, 7T, OnePlus 8, 8 Pro, 8T, OnePlus X, OnePlus 2, OnePlus 6t Mclaren, OnePlus 7t Pro McLaren, etc. Hope this helps.

Man Thanks a ton... I am in the middle of a night and I had a different issue but thru this resolution I got my phone running. I was fully prepared to go to the service center but saw your video. You came like a messiah to solve the issue. I have a OnePlus 9Pro and the phone was stuck with a white screen. I tried all possibilities but all in vain. I just youtubed the issue and saw your video. The first step worked but I watched till the last just in case! This is the first time it has stuck up for me in a year of usage and I feel it is the beginning of the end! Doomsday begins with minor symptoms and its a wake up call to change the phone so that your data and apps may be safely transloaded!! Many thanks bro

thank you. you saved my 8 pro. it refused to wake up from a standby so i hold the powerbutton till it rebooted but it got stuk on the rotating logo. did the volume up and power button thing did'nt work the first time but the second time it worked like a charm. edit: is there a way to give you a small donation? you deserved it.

Hi, Hanging and power off while using. I’m using one plus 6 8gb ram 128 for the past one week I’m facing lot of problem 2 times reset with factory data even though my problem is not rectified. my mobile problem is while using hanging on and power off. Even though my mobile is loaded with latest os 10.3.11 . I tried with soft reboot and clear cache also not working here in my location there is no one plus authorized service centre. Out of 128 GB free space is 111 gb . battery also very solid no heating complaint.please kindly help me what to do next.

@@divine2751 just happened to me, my phone is in some MSdos looking screen asking boot reason advanced exit wipe data and cache, and no matter what option I hit it just restarts the whole hell!

Thanks the first step worked for me. No idea why, my phone was on the table and it suddenly was on the bootloop. It should not restart or shutdown like that, never happened before.

Hi, I have this constant boot loop problem but I have LineageOS installed, and I use a Mac so even if I connect to the Mac, the phone just reboots in the same loop. Any idea why this isn't working on my phone, which is in great condition so no stuck buttons. Any help would be appreciated.

my one plus has reset itself a few months ago . it happened so quickly, i was headed out for work and took my phone off the charger and my homescreen did never appear, it went to a black screen with a keyboard. then a Chinese screen and reset back to factory default so fast. i lost everything. it should not be that easy to do something that serious. this morning the same thing happened but it was solid on the keyboard screen. so i just sat it down and found this vid. i pressed the vol up key and the key on the other side of the phone and it restarted back to my home screen. thank you for that tip it saved my data! i am now going to get a dif phone . this is twice in 2 months.
