You might want to watch that headset. I just took one off my bike and it had worn a grove on the inside of the headtube. Remember, that headset is designed for a mountain bike. I am switching back to the stock headset and purchasing a drop crown. I think that is the way to go. Fox and Risse makes them for the Fox 40. It makes the fork work with the stock Surron headset.
