I used to be one of those guys when I was around 30. I had a few friends who wasn't and I received some surplus year old deer meat from them most years 😂

Great stuff. And for the haters on baiting… me personally I don’t bait because it’s illegal in my state but you have the guys that like the chase and the adventure. And then you have the guys that put meat on the table. IMO Baiting where legal and harvesting deer good eater sized deer is 10 times better than going to the store. You know where your meat came from. You know for the most part what it has been eating. And you know that deer walked around free to do whatever it wanted to until harvested.

I say hunting under a feeder is almost guaranteed meat in the freezer. You don't wanna know how many seasons, and pressured wood lines that haven't produced, kind of a waste of money here, nearly nocturnal. Indiana needs to allow feeders, instead of ripping us off

Hunting over bait is what it is but is 100% different than actually going into a national forest and hiking all day trying to find some elk to then try to sneak up like a ninja or call them into bow range and then hike miles back with the meat in a mad dash to get it in the cooler. You lose twenty pounds every year if your a fatty like me. Its like comparing fishing a stocked lake to a high mountain stream
