Wish I was closer to you would definitely love one of your old sewing machines. I just love hearing grandma get excited when you find something good. I am a grandma too. Of 11 grandkids. They are my world. I have watched every single video you have done. I am disabled on a very limited income so mostly stuck inside in 24/7 pain. Love the old sewing machine and overlooked I've never seen either brand before but I live in Australia. Those recipe books are a goldmine!, the sewing basket/kit is a bonus So sad the 2 chairs are "distressed". WOW just wow

🇬🇧 Hey Grandma music is hard to come by these days in UK. And it isn't cheap. I love the chest as well. Did I see a handmade quilt in it ? I spotted the globe early on and knew you would like it. We have floods at the moment and poor Australia had months of massive fires followed by floods. Stay home kiddo. 💖💖

If you can just find that one grain of diamond in a huge mountain, it is worth the effort. Besides, you guys have found 2 beautiful large globes so far. Don't undesterimate those Christmas ornaments, they are worth some money...enough to pay for a third of this unit cost.

Quilts are made of assorted fabric pieces. Blankets are woven all in one piece. These are quilts, which are much more valuable than woven blankets.

I like the quilts. My quilts already have few mended chew holes from pet rats. Wooden chairs can be mended and refinished. Can't wait to see the sewing machine on that first row. The old heavy metal ones still work; the newer computerized ones not so much. Baby Lock!

Grandma Venture, I am with you, Love that trunk and all the hardware! I have a cedar chest from my grandma that looks similar. Growing up, I put things in it that I was saving for when I got married. Mine doesn’t have all that cool hardware, but I love those kind of pieces of furniture. You guys are so fun!! I totally enjoy all your videos 💜

12:50 that machine is worth anywhere from 60 to 200, if working this one will be on the higher side since it looks to be in nice cosmetic shape.

I have a friend that lives in Florida she is from Sweden every Christmas in a vacant bedroom she sets up this awesome thing she cuts up all shapes of styrofoam and attaches it to the walls and some on tables it betrays all these villages in Sweden each village is different there’s trains houses kids sledding and all sorts of stuff it takes her 40 hours to set it up you should see it it’s amazing

The quilt will be bought if you wash it and just sew a patch on. I would love a babylock macine, it is popular among quilters. Too bad I am in Australia. There are also beautiful handmade quilts in the chest (drooling emoji).

Curious about the Emdeko sewing machine, I looked it up and here's what I found : Emdeko JA21 was made by Toyota in the early 1960's, and the engine was made to purr. With a 1.3amp motor, JA21 is robust and able to sew thru just about anything. I've sewn thru several layers of denim, quilting, and even layers of fleece.

I also watch my Grandson's while their parents work and filming Wade. I also started my own little Poshmark business. I like to crochet in my little bit of free time. But I go to the warehouse on Saturday's now for the weekly sale. Wade likes me to talk to the customers and help them. Which I love to do. Anyway just explaining that I will do it them they are all there. But will try not to take to long!!!
