The packing is typical of a landlord job. They either got evicted, or just disappeared without taking their stuff. The landlord is legally obliged to store everything in the apartment for a certain period of time, including the food.

This was a mixed unit and some of it was nasty, I will never understand why put food in a storage unit? I'm glad you found some great items to sell and some for the families use, your face lit up Wade when you found the barbeque set lol. @16:01 I agree with you Ashley about storing food in a storage locker. I don't think it was the owner(s) that packed this all up. I think someone else did it for them and was in a hurry. Look at all of the paper that was thrown in various boxes. Like someone was evicted or thrown in jail?

Maybe because they were evicted and just packed everything up, hoping to be able to find another place to live and empty out the unit into their new home? I still have 1 unit (out of 3 I had to rent when I got evicted) - I hope to finally empty it next spring. // Why do you have to donate microwaves? I'd buy another used one - I purchased a very good one at a yard sale.

"Dang i forgot my knife" is always one of the first things you say once you get inside the unit. I laughed out loud! I cannot understand why someone would pay money to store old magazines and food. They could have cleaned out their stuff and rented a much smaller, and more affordable, unit. About the 'Usher' cologne- you said you loved Axe and one of your sons is named Axel. Is your third child going to be 'Usher'?!

Ha ha. That green cane looking thing on the table/bench is from physical therapy. You position a poker on a pain spot. Keep pressure on that spot until the pain goes away. Most useless thing I ever had. Leaving it for the kids to figure out. Ha ha.

Mixed up unit

'Distressed jeans.' Why the heck would ANYONE want to buy jeans that look like they belong in the garbage? Gee - just wear out your own jeans - it's cheaper! (If mine looked that bad, they'd either be worn when working in the yard or doing DIY projects or else they'd be tossed in the garbage.) Just like when people re-do furniture and then 'distress' them - I just want to repaint them so they look good - not worn out!

Wade l think it is time where you need to divide the workload. You need to hire someone to haul away the stuff of little to no value to your home. And YOU only bring home the stuff of value. And YOU throw away the trash and return personal items as you decide what is what because you are dealing with several units at a time. You, Ashley and Grandma have enough to do. You need to give yourself less work and more time for the selling.
