ingredients :
oil 2 teaspoons
garlic 5
red chili 4
onions 1 cup (1 big)
curry leaves
tomatoes 3 cups ( 5 medium)
salt as per taste
turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
saute well
grind into fine paste
oil 2 teaspoons
mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon
cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
asafoetida 1/4 teaspoon
red chili 1
garlic sliced 2
curry leaves
saute well till the oil released

Hi there whoever watching this video. Don't use refined oil, use ghee or mustard oil insted. Refined oils are causing many health issues in our country. This recipe is amazing in ghee as well.
