he seems that he is not enjoying both on and off track. there are question marks all over the place. bike? team atmosphere? factory support? hope he would find his feet as early as possible and be a consistent podium fighter.

Rea is still a good and experienced rider, I respect his talent, but the team he currently signed with is not capable of providing a competitive bike.That was one of the main reasons of Toprak’s decision to leave that team.

That engineer told him, they looked at the data. It seems there is nothing wrong with the bike. They cannot figure it out. So they are going to try a lower seat section. To see if this will help. That's wrong .Toprak & VdM just slipped through because yellow flags were not waved then. And VdM just crashed in the next corner. Bulega was much more behind and he rode through yellow flags. The commentators assumption is totally wrong.

Why would they add weight to his bike? He is over the minium weight limit. With bike and rider combined, Bautista is still lighter than Toprak and the BMW combined. Also Bautista had the fastest trap speed down the long straight in all the free practices and the race compared to everyone else. Even faster than his Ducati teammate who is on the same bike. So he still has a weight advantage. Toprak is just a better ride who can be competitive with two different manufacturers. Bautista can only win on the Ducati.

Toprak has also weights on his bike. Toprak is 67kg.With racing gear he is 75kg. Still 5 kg less that the requested 80kg. Therefore Toprak has 2.5kg weight on his bike. 50% of the difference between actual weight and 80kg.That's the rule.
