I first heard about these open chords in E from Paul Baloche's tutorial and loved it. Thank you for taking it to the next level with great descriptions and charts. I understand it better now as a result. This is exactly the type of variation I want to learn on guitar now that I've been playing a while and feel comfortable with playing in each key.

***** Brian, to be honest, I was specifically looking for alternate voicings turtorials for all the chords created by you. Your tutorials are easy to understand & follow because the chord diagrams displayed on the side of your videos made it much easier to follow. I've stumbled upon other alternate voicings made by your friend Bradford Mitchell, but without chord diagrams on the video. Anyway, thank you all these videos!

Thanks, Kevin. Bradford is doing most of our Guitar Lesson videos these days mainly because he's a way better guitar player than I am :). I actually edit most of the videos, and I put the diagrams on his videos as well, so all our guitar lesson videos have chord diagrams in them. We also create a post at Worship Tutorials where you can see much larger versions of all the chord diagrams, so make sure you click through to the site to check it out.

when r u saying that 2fret 1st finger on fifth string third finger 4 string fourth finger 3 string then play b open if I play 2 step ahead then play c#m why... why don't play c# 4rd fret sir please tell me

guys try playing the E shape bar chords for A and B but leave the high B and E strings open e.g for A major 577600 (tab) only works for the major chords tho. when you guys play around with these shapes you'll see E major is the best key on guitar and you'll try to use a capo to change everything to E shapes XD

TNealVlogs try an A minor key/scale and its not hard as it's the same as a C major scale/key
