Sabse pehle 5star ya Jo bhi star rating hai wo sirf 65km ki speed par Diya jata hai usse upar sabhi cars me R.I.P hi hota hai. Aur normally India me sabhi 65kmph ki speed se upar ya kehlo 100/120 kmph par hi showoff karte hai, isilye rating se pehle rules follow karna imp hai.
