Girl I booked here too and I’m nervous lol. I’m just gonna explore the city and do excursions and just mainly use the hotel to sleep. Hopefully it won’t be too bad 😬

thanks for your reassessment! Seriously, I was gonna stay in a AirBNB & was told by someone that had been to Jamaica before to choose in all inclusive hotel close to the hip strip so I choose Decameron. I hope I enjoy my stay.

It's the worst I been there for my anniversary June 2023 and I made a complaint on property and no one looked or even try to apologize(THIS HOTEL ISNT HERE FOR THE SICK...WE WERE TOLD THIS HOTEL DOESN'T CATER FOR SICK PEOPLE) OBVIOUSLY THEY DONT HAVE A BRAND TO PROTECT SO HERE I AM ADVERTISING FOR THEM ROYAL DECAMRON BEACH HOTEL AND IF YOU CAN'T CLEAN UP FROM BATHROOM TO CORRIDOR BATHROOM WILL BE YOUR FOOTSTEPS ALL DAY IRONS DOESN'T WORK WE COMPLAINT AND GOT 3 NONE OF THEM WORKED N I COULD GO ON.. AL I CAN THE ROYAL DECAMERON MONTEGO BEACH HOTEL LAST 14 GUEST WE CANT FIND BETTER FOR OUR MONEY

I gave the tip these people were just not trying to help. However when I went to Hilton they gave me all the water I wanted. Enjoy your trip when you go there

First of all if you have any illness or in the company of anyone whose not well Royal DECAMRON BEACH HOTEL ISN'T THE PLACE TO BOOK IN THE FEMALE AT THE CHECK IN TOLD ME SO ON THE 25thOF JULY 2023...SO BECAUSE I WORK HARD FIR MY MONEY ILL MAKE BETTER CHOICE IN SEPTEMBER I have been there several times too and to tell you the truth I won't be going back ever again...i have saves for like a year so we could enjoy ourselves(me and my hubby) first of all we requested a refrigerator for medical reasons when we got there we were told that yes they were seen the request of and for the refrigerator they said that the check-in time will be between 2 but going a room would be between 5:56 2 & 5 for you to get the keys and we've been waiting and waiting and waiting are we got the key like 14 or so minutes to 6 upon checking cuz they told us to keep checking at the counter is to see if the room is available each time you check they tell you that they're having issues with the cleaners when I ask is this room that I'm going to get has the refrigerator the female at the counter loudly shouted we don't cater for sick people in this hotel don't really don't cater for sick people that was what she said in everybody else's earring so I said to her you should have told agent before booking make sure the person is that your book is okay and have no ailment at all the sign at the hotel gate to make sure that person does not cross over on the compound of the Cameron Beach Hotel knowing that they're here I told her that I did not push my husband illness and her I only needed the refrigerator for medical reasons to store is medications for the 4dys and she was there all the time Talking up we spend four days and those were the four worst days at any hotel I had to be my own janitor anytime we hit the shower we have to prepare to meet the water running out on the corridors outside I was on the second floor and what made matters worse I left a written complaint and nobody gets in touch with me and I have called and called and called and have gotten somebody to speak to and all they do is give me other date other date other dates and I'm yet to get a call back so I'm telling youthe truth this hotel I would not recommend it to nobody and I am going to this hotel from it was up there no the standard is being lowered so I can say it and most of what this vlogger is saying it is truth because even for the strictest hotel but yet they don't have a amenities for people. This hotel as lost it flavor in every way...its at it worst now so I can speak because my money means a lot

If I had her experience I might not complain...I'd not go back there for free no customer service...we are HOTEL hoppers and we have learnt enough for not wanting to even book with that agent again and hotel are no more even when she had nothing to do with the worst hotel in montego Bay if YOU DIABETIC KEEP OFF ROYAL DECAMRON BEACH HOTEL MONTEGO BAY JAMAICA PROPERTY THEY WILL INSULT YOU

Hello, why will get me a better experience to book directly through the hotel?

This lady is speaking the truth... No iron Bath Water running through the entrance door straight out on the corridor on the 2nd floor ..if you want to know bath time for each guest just 🚶 walk along the corridor when I call or go for help to get it cleans the messy bath water after 2 adults bathe I am told to look outside if I see any cleaner ...well I saw none do I have to fight that big YELLOW MOP BUCKET so I could go clean the water up myself since my husband want to take a nap and the place was all wet...its a shame there are no free rooms there so after spending our hard earned money it should be a better experience.. I got SPOKEN REAL LOUDLY BECAUSE I DEAR TO TELL THE FEMALE AT THE CHECK IN COUNTER THAT A REFRIGERATOR WAS REQUESTED UP ON BOOKING...FOR THE PURPOSE OF MY HUBBY'S MEDICATION...I COULD GO ON BUT THOSE WHERE THE MAJORITY...THE STANDARD OF THE FOOD IS WAHALA

I agree totally with what you were saying I have had my worst experience July 25th 2023 and that was not my first second or third visit and it's been the worst the standard of this hotel has fallen so low and I think the stuff needs to go and retrain and I'm speaking from my own very own experience how can the operator a property that somebody merely asked for a refrigerator for medical reason and the woman at the check-in counter is going to tell me that the Hotel doesn't cater for sick people this hotel is not here for sick people that was rude and colors I had was to be my janitor after every two grown adults having their bath I have to walk down the corridor to find one of those buckets to go and clean up the water yourself I called for room service only to be told I am to look down the corridor to see if I see any of those ladies to call them to come and clean up the room I saw none so I had was to do it by my own I went there to enjoy my anniversary I did not go there to be a janitor let alone after me spending my money getting the water out of the way in the front of the room and and the corridor when I've been to other hotels they would have kick me or number take your email address and then they would let you know when a room is available I have to be going to and fro at the desk to ask if the room is ready sew-ins me knowing that that was my final after several visits

I was going to reply to this in great detail. Not worth my time but I will say that my husband and I have been traveling for 35 years maybe 20 or more trips to Jam Rock, but have also been Greece, Aruba and Mexico but Jamaica the most not counting in the US. Don't come at her for her honest truth....I spend a grand deal of time researching our trips, with our kids (now adults) and us on our own. Sometimes you get a ah ha moment for the good, bad and ulgy. Sis learned a lesson keep living we all learn them. I will never book with a 2nd or 3 company. And Christiana everything that giltter is not gold. Be blessed and stay kind. Respect

Yes research is fine when you call to check yes we do have refrigerators but they're not going to tell you that is not in every room if you go somewhere or if your research and Italy what they have yes you would figure more less it's in every room it's not in every room I see people they're listing of a walk-in refrigerator to put into other rooms Royal Decameron needs to let person know when they are booking especially when you book Street and their thingy because your expectation is what you go with and when you go there they don't have what they say and the other thing is when it's all inclusive inclusive the simplest of amenities you expect okay they're getting persons who booked a try someplace else and their full so they end up at Royal Decameron that's what most of the persons were saying that they when they stood there from 2:00 until Minister 6 and after 6 just to get a key to go to their room so prices are speaking based off our from experiences if you calling you ask how long do I take get to take to get a room did was tell you of course between 2 and 5 and when you get there even minutes after 6 you still sitting there and getting nothing and when you ask it comes with an insult they need to even educate they staff...especially on persons needs...they want tell you the truth
