Lemon, ginger, cayenne pepper, turmeric, black clove and garlic boil together was my booster and declaring God words over my life was my daily medicine. Sorry to hear that Romaine is sick. I caught it as well as my son, and it was rough until a friend told me what to mix. I will give you this remedy that worked for me and my family. Cut up garlic, tumeric, ginger, one or half onion , one stalk of escallion, then place it all in the blender to blend by itself, and when the mixture gets a bit thick to blend, put little tip of water on it to loosen it while it blends. When the mixture is blended put it in a strainer and use the spoon to push out the potent juices into a container. Then add powdered ceyennne pepper, little lime or lemon and honey. Mix it up and pour into a container. That's the Covid Cold and Flu lick wey remedy. He should take a table spoon twice a day or take it like a shot in a small shot glass half full. Shake it up first before taking. Trust me Liz, my son and I have bronchial issues too so covid never ramp fi hold us captive for days and weeks. I also took vitamin D and Zinc as well as he can go outside and take in the natural ultra violet rays from the sum which helps too, but no sun is in Canada now. The last thing I also did was to steam twice a day with menthol crystals, eat lots of fruits and water to keep hydrated, PLUS drink cup soups and chicken soups. Lastly, drink nor eat NOTHING cold. Don't store his water, juices and fruits in the fridge but on counter or table. I also elevate myself with pillows when laying down as this helps with the mucous draining and coughing. And make sure he has a container to bring up mucous and not let it go back down or that's trouble. I fight with my son with that last part as he just doesn't listen. Blessings to you all.

Hi Liz I understand how you feel when I had it it was a nightmare even though I work in the Healthcare system and there was a possibility I would have contracted the virus. It was far from my mind as I was doing everything I know to protect myself but it wasn't so. what brought me through was the word of the God every day I had to listen to the word of God and that encouraged me. I had to trust God because if I did even listen to what some of the reports were saying I wouldn't have made it out alive. I did my steams, my vitamins, my bush tea concoctions lol, I didn't want anything to eat or drink but orange juice and fruits, my husband took care of me the whole time even though he was scared that he would loose me because of the underlying conditions but God brought me through it and if He did it for me he can do it for Romaine too. Just pray and believe God for your healing and He will do the rest for you. Yes Liz! My husband caught covid as well, and my supervisor had told me to do the same with the onions. She said that it would suck the impurities from the air. I didn't do it at the time because my husband had started to recover from other sanitization practices and home remedies that we were doing.

My entire family is just getting over it, Grandkids, daughter, son-in-law and myself, I was hit the worse many side effects, insomnia, loss of appetite, inflammation in my back. As a healthcare worker I’ve worked over 2year in the COVID ward did everything right and it was my 5year old grandson who took it home from school . Don’t beat on yourselves just take care of yourselves. Praying for you guys.

My husband literally just recovered Liz, he was soooooo weak as well. I think this strain causes extreme weakness especially on the legs. I will pray for you all because i know its hard. BTW recommended drink : gatorade. For the electrolytes so you can fight the weakness you feel.

Hi Virgos i know exactly how you guys feel....I was in both situation where I had covid and when i while i was recovering both my son and daughter plus my husband tested positive. It was extremely hard because my husband was feeling this same weakness and tiredness so he was constantly in bed while i was left to take care of all three of them and while still experiencing the covid symptoms. All i can say is that God was definately with us and that he will be with you guys...i did cry Liz i could not hold it all the time so if you have to then go ahead but pray pray pray. I will be joining you in prayer likewise. May God give you guys strength to cope... Much love

I got sick the first of January so my new year started with me taking all my sick days for this year. But the almighty god will see us all through. One day at a time. Stay positive guys! My healthy son tested positive a week ago here in London. He's doubly jabbed so thankfully only had cold like symptoms. This variant is spreading like wildfire

One thing I do recommend is that if you have ever started to have shortness of breath don't lay down get a recliner in the room if you have one it helps a lot with your breathing.
