Interesting to learn later on that they are still very much married and now have a little daughter. Just goes to show that some times people and their circumstances are more complicated than we think. Despite her despondency in Judge Lyn’s court, she didn’t leave Nick after all. I can see in this episode that he loves her (proud boy or not, lol), and I feel on some level, she does love him too. She just can’t stand his bad habits (e.g. the nicotine, the unhealthy diet) to the point where she felt she had to get away from time to time.

At 18:28 the judge speaks some real wisdom. It's okay to _not_ _get_ married. Part of the reason we have a 50% divorce rate in this country is because people have a fantasy about settling down and they rush in too quickly. I say, Don't settle down! Sow your wild oats. Go places. Meet people. Go off script and develop yourself as a human being. Then you can settle down and not feel like you've missed something.

At first, after watching this, I felt a lot of sympathy for Nick. D.A.Y.U.M. he is so good-looking and handsome! If I was married to him, I certainly wouldn't want to travel without him! Then, I read all the other comments about who he really was. Now I wish I'd never watched this, fond of "Divorce Court" and Judge Lynn that I am.

This young woman will regret the day she let her husband go. He's been faithful, supportive, and loves her. He's been willing to tolerate her soul mate. He's stable financially. He gives her all kinds of attention. She should be gratefulness! She has zero consideration for him. I say cut her loose and don't let the door hit her in the rear!!! Judge Lynn is correct. He won't have any trouble finding a new soulmate.
