I’ve just come across your channel, and I just want to say, that you are a really decent down to earth man and I like that you have respect for people who may not want to be on camera in the background. I have never stayed in a Britannia hotel, because as like you say, it gets a bad reputation so I usually pay the extra for premier inn or holiday inn. This hotel looks really decent for the price. I like that you say it like it is. People should judge on what they have paid and not compare between better hotels as they will always be disappointed. You have a new subscriber and I look forward to your next video.

The hotel was okay nice and clean. Definitely looks better for a refurb, I would stay there.

I stay here quite a lot and go swimming, some of the staff recognised me, never had a problem the staff are lovely, the only problem is the changing room for the swimming pool could do with more private rooms, there's only one

So are you saying Which? is wrong in rating the hotel group the worst for 8 years in a row. I notice the 'nicer' Britannia hotels have always been other brands previously. The three in Manchester are grim.
