Hey 007, I really enjoyed your video! 1st time to see your work. I was searching for a jigsaw because my huge saw is old-school. Plus we should work smarter, not harder, right? I will go run some errands tomorrow and will probably get this same jigsaw, along with some other hardware stuff. I look up products on KZfaq, but usually can't find the same harware here where I live. So I'm really glad to see your vid of a product that's actually available. Thx again, stay safe. how do you lock the guide in place? I dont see the screw hole on it. and it's on the back unlike most others are on the front.

I was wondering about the holes at the back, as you said it's for a rip fence/guide but there isn't a way to clamp it down if I do put a rip fence through

The rip fence/guide should have its own clamp that you will set on the shoe plate. Is your rip guide made specifically for this b&d jigsaw?

I just bought one of these and I am beyond excited to use it! what type of wood is best? I want to make business signs :))

Good choice! I'm not familiar with the kind of wood that's used for business signs but I imagine they should be water and heat-resistant since they will normally be installed outdoors. Best to ask your local hardware store.

palamigin mo muna. Then as you press the release button, try mo wiggle ng konti while pulling out.

after 3 years....oh yeah! it still works like new today. I did however, bought replacement blades since then because they became dull after many uses -- this is expected since blades are consumable materials.
