The first time I saw Elvis in concert (1973 in Nashville) he had Lisa Marie & Vernon with him. At one point in the show he introduced them to the audience & had them both stand up (over to the right side of the stage). Lisa was about 5 years old & cute as a button. I'll never forget how Elvis beamed with pride as she & his dad waved at us. It makes me smile, but also a little sad, to imagine Elvis & an adult Lisa performing together. In Vegas, Elvis had a comedian as an opening act. If Lisa was of age, he could have had her with him as his opening & then brought her back towards the end of his segments for a duet (or two). It’s all speculation anyway.

From what I have seen on KZfaq, 2023 Memphis Elvis Week is the best to date. I saw a Ginger interview where she says she knew Elvis got up and went to his bathroom to read and she went back to sleep. She said she was never told to stay up with Elvis if he got up. Linda and some other ladies all said they were told matter of fact to stay up with Elvis. I found that interesting. Did the Memphis Mafia members not care for Ginger? Also, I will suggest to Danielle to get wireless bluetooth mics for your parents to wear at the Meet and Greets. The room they were in sounded echoing. I had to turn my volume up all the way.😊

MMK, I took 3 pictures of my ❤ through the bay window yesterday (I like the frames within it) and Kristin was not pleased. She didn't like the way she looked. Go figure!
