My favorite story to tell is seeing and meeting ELVIS when he came to my town of Saginaw Mi April 25 1977 the ladies didn't give this 13 year old kid a chance to reach the stage but it turned out to be a blessing cuz my dad knew ELVIS was staying at The Hilton in Troy Michigan so we drove down there and it wasn't long before here comes the cars and there's ELVIS I'm so excited to think I'm going to see ELVIS up close but as they walked ELVIS thur ELVIS side steps to say hello and ask me How ya doing??? I couldn't believe this was happening but today as I tell younger people about this they ask me do I mean the REAL ELVIS??? I was watching one of Elvis' concert on u tube I think in was in 1972, it was the one were he seen a little blind girl and he had her come on stage and he put the scarf around her neck and gave her a kiss, I wondering if he ever talked to her again after the concert cause he had his personal doctor come out to talk to her father about her condition and see what they could do for her, do you know if he followed up on her condition???
