These are awesome. We've rented both NIMBL & XP for off grid trips - really great rigs! Expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for: Fully Electric OffGrid Rig (no propane, no diesel, no shore power needed), true four seasons (heat & AC), 75 gallons of fresh water w-full water filtration, high end electric Victron power systems, lots of custom suspension work for toughest washboards, and their seeming willingness to make custom mods, etc. We've looked at just about every rig out there (from SUVs, rooftop tents, trailers, hard side campers, chassis campers, to all the popups - slide in and flatbed), the combination of features and 4x4 seem to make this the one for us. Now to free up the $'s for the "investment"!

Nice set up but love the innovations but prefer a non-pop up. Just picked up a Ram 5500 6.7 CTD 4x4 skirted flatbed (new to us) and will be looking for a Bigfoot 10-4, it's a shame Cirrus stop making the 920. I love your informational videos I have really learned a lot watching! Keep them coming!!!

I still love my 05 Bigfoot 10.6 it’s a dream machine and with pop up sat tracker and 2 100 watt Battleborn batteries and Gen set and a LG 425 watt one panel makes life good pulling bass boat type jet boat so I can haul what ever I need in the boat small deep freezer and 2-4 20 gallon propane and that seems to be something I need a lot but with the room in heat boat propane is never a problem and I can use diesel heater is all good with a 60 gallon fuel tank is a dream and a heat exchanger from diesel furnace makes life very good always need a back up no matter what you do !!

@@Stonyboot If you’re impressed, I know I would be. The way they did the Battleborn installation is pretty tidy. You and Sasha should have a look at the KZfaq channel “This Big Road Trip.” There’s a couple who traveled extensively in a Nimbl, the XPCamper while both worked online; she as a family physician, doing tele-health visits! He’s a personal trainer to tri-athletes.

Very Impressed !! A smaller dinette and a better bathroom design would make it more desirable . Just my opinion . But Overall Great job!! How Much ??

So... it sounds like they want to swap the under-bench DC air conditioner for a rooftop DC air conditioner. I wonder why? Keeping it low helps reduces rocking.

Very nice but extremely expensive. Lack of a cab passthrough would be a deal killer for me. Hard to fond any kind of truck camper that has a passthrough which is why I'm building a custom one for myself.

Overland bound tour of the nimbl touches on this. Usually 2-3 inch lift on 35's. Carli or icon suspension

Great fabricators however sleeping surrounded by tent canvass is a hard pass. Bed and bathroom are pure tent trailer. I’d buy a Cirrus first lol

I've seen and been in this unit. Personally not a fan of the layout. For the cost, it's tight, lacks storage, and has a very sterile feel to it and I hate the boat inspired appearance and theme. It looks dated IMO. It's really only meant for two people which is a disappointment. They should have taken design cues from the Truckhouse Tacoma. For the price just get yourself an OEV flatbed camper and save $100k and have a better looking and updated camper.

@@Stonyboot I had a pop up a few years back and had too many issues with it. There's a lot of good things about this camper but, for me, the pop up is not one of them.

Really enjoy your videos visually and the subject matter but I have to stop watching half way through because of your background music. Needs to be simple and lower volume. Instead of a band (especially harmonica) just simple guitar or key boards.
