It's worth 1.7M baht max. You'd need to spend at least 1M baht just to renovate it. And it doesn't look like 45 SM. Looks like a prison cell.

took me a while to track down this location (as agent is not going to tell you) Metro Jomtien Condotel , built in 1987 , on other real estate websites , they have condos starting at 1.9 million bhat in this complex

Doesn't make sense why a foreigner would buy in Thailand when there's no stability in being able to live there and are allowed to stay based on yearly approvals and 90 day check-ins with your parole officer. Condos are cheap to rent.

Not sure I would classify it 3rd world. They have modern infrastructure and the best healthcare in Asia. In fact their healthcare is on par and exceeds most western countries.

@@BirdDog. "Their healthcare exceeds most western countries" LOL. Thai medical isn't even near the top in Asia. You're dreaming. Malaysia, Singapore, HK, S Korea, Japan....all MUCH better medical than Thailand. And Thailand hospitals have become a ripoff. They are pretty incompetent.
