MILITARY BLAZERS BUY THEM UP! They should have extremely low miles. At least while they were in the military they were well taken care of. They should not have rust or at least not very much. And it most likely have a 6.2 military spec diesel! Just look one up and see how much it cost is buy one. They are not turbocharged normally. They will pull a nice load. Had plenty of them in motor pools that I ran. I've got two wheel drive pickup with one of those military sells like these. 85 mph where it's legal all day long pulling a trailer with another pickup truck on it and getting 25 mi to the gallon! And they are Depp exempt

So.e states don't require a title over a certain age.. like here in maine last I knew anything 1996 and older doesn't need a title here. So check your local laws you may not have to worry about a title
