- 2 eggs (118g/weight including shell)
- 90g Oatmeal
- 170ml Water
- 75g Unsalted butter
- 2 pinches of salt
✤ Filling
- Whipped Cream (optional)
✤ TIP
- Fill it with anything you like, such as whipped cream, cream puff, or chocolate.
- The timing of frying the dough in the pan and mixing the eggs are the most important (refer to the video)
