The Ghazrilla explanation was wrong: he was nowhere near the tank in threat. It was a threat reset but his frostbolt was already in the air and hit after the reset

Doodi's death was unfortunate. He was obviously new to the fight and didn't know how bad the aggro reset was but it's also the raid leads fault for picking a bad spot to tank the boss.

Dying while running away from a mob is one of the most infuriating things

I haven’t played WoW for a while, but I just love watching Asmongold reacting to classic hardcore fun/dumb moments. Lol, makes me laugh

to the threat thing, every class has at least one skill to reduce threat so it's up to the other players to control their threat, rogues can feint, priests have fade, druids have cower, hunters feign death, etc. other classes that don't at least have abilities to deal with it like ice block, the only class that maybe is an exception is warlocks but they can sacrifice voidwalker to tank maybe one hit at least.

I could watch Asmon yell at people for hours lol

Threat made balancing dps & survivability of the tank interesting for tank, healers and the dps. I really liked how it’s a thing in classic. The largest downside was thunderfury being a rng thing with too much affect on the raid/guild

9:20 Those mobs are part of the quest, there are waves of mobs, there are spawning right after killing last mob of previous wave. There is queen among mobs that spawned on him. It was the last wave. He should not go on this quest in the first place ... This is especially hard because on the way to quest re-spawn pretty fast too, so you have no way out if something go wrong ...

As a hardcore player i avoid caves and I always spin my camera around as I'm looting to watch for the terrible respawns.

Every time I play hardcore with my friend and I tell him to just run because of multiple mobs/lowhp or whatever I always have to scream at him to stop hitting the mobs.

Love the HC montages but I wouldn't want to play it myself because it seems like a never-ending cycle. Imagine spending 150+ hours to get close to 60 and then dying having to restart the whole thing out of frustration

Wow, looking at this I’m so happy I died early. I simply went back to playing Classic Era just for the leveling experience and friendships. Game runs real good on a laptop too.

8:30 just did a quest in that cave. Killing the 10 commandos and the 6 casters. I am lvl 39 and don't want to enter this cave further than the first "room". The respawn here is a nightmare. Come prepared or dont go there.

In asmonds world, rogues allways plays like a god. Its almost like the class has alot of tools that makes it look good when they press buttons.

Next we need hard-core dungeons, they're considerably harder, but you can rez. Not unlimited range rez, just that spell in all its technicalities
