The WowGo AT2 all-terrain electric skateboard at first glance looks like the same thing as a competing board released last year, but it's actually better in quite a few areas. Still not sure if it is worth a try if I already own Ownboard Bamboo AT (first version with no screen on controller). Once I thought that I will step up and buy Onsra (belt), but I think it has weak battery. Weaker then Wowgo or Ownboard (10,5 vs 14).

Great looking board. Nice review. It has all my favorite e-board qualities! Other than riding for fun, I commute on my board to work. My first time riding in rain it was barely raining but road was wet. Those AT wheels got me dripping wet in seconds. Now I have rain pants now just in case. Hate riding in the rain.

Yeah I stopped doing that. Slipped too many times, and fell a few times, it's just not safe. And getting splashed with rain/mud while doing so isn't fun either

3:45 “disgusting”, I felt that lmao. I have the X1 pro, I love it. But I’ve been wanting more range and a belt driven option. I liked that you rode it in the rain, it showed how water resistant the board can be.

Looks awesome man! How would you compare this to the Ownboard Bamboo GT (not factoring in wheels as I'm only tryna get cloud wheels, no big ol AT's for me) I was thinking about getting one soon but there seems to be a lot of awesome stuff coming out these days.. I guess being available on taobao is a big factor but still. Curious to know your thoughts! Also this rain has been sooooo annoying. Always seems to start raining 20 min before my commute. Been miserable on the metro...

Great videos Daniel!! Just stumbled upon your channel. I´ve recently got to try Evolve GTR and the regular and my god the acceleration on that is godly.. now im looking if there might be a second option that is not 2000€+ WowGo boards have been in my eye for some time, I´ve used a Meepo board for well over 2 years now but it´s time to upgrade!

Unfortunately, big unprecedented weather events are only going to become more frequent as the planet warms. Here in SF, we've had heat waves like no other year in recent memory (which is sorta a problem when most old buildings don't have central air), at least I can skate in the heat though

Hey Daniel, thanks for all the awesome content - love your videos! One question... am I understanding correctly that the motors on this board (stated as 1500W rated) are twice as powerful as say the motors on the Exway Flex (stated as 750W rated). I understand that the Flex isn't an AT board, but both market usability with the 120 Cloud Wheels, so would this one actually have twice the power or am I missing something? Appreciate your feedback!

@@danielsaroch2424 Thanks for your reply! I had noticed that the Flex lists 1500W max, but it's also stated to be "rated" (continuous) at 750W. On the other hand, wowgo only mentions that the AT2 motors are 1500W "rated" power. This seems to imply continuous, so I guess I'm still trying to figure out if that's the case... It sounds like you think it's actually the max power for the AT2. Thanks for the vid link too!

Specs from Exway website: "Rated Power: Hub 600W×2 / Riot 750W×2" "Max Power: Hub 1200W×2 / Riot 1500W×2" Take note of the times two ("x2") listed for both. I'm really just trying to figure out if the "2*1500W rated power" specified for the AT2 on the wowgo website is continuous or peak/max. I sent the question to wowgo but haven't heard back yet.

I’m plan to buy my first board recently but I’m obsessed with exway flex and backfire zealot.actually I compare the flex and backfire g3 first.but I like the cloud wheels very much after I watched your video in Shanghai the flex with cloud wheels.Its very useful in chinese road condition.Then I found the zealot has those wheels too.And they both belt version so they should have more torque maybe?I’m so hesitated.would u make a video between the flex and zealot?About the range or performance?Are they easy to change wheels?with or without cloud wheels maybe?I don’t know.and almost nobody make videos about how to choose wheels ,if they easy to install lights or other accessories,official or not. Bought an Ownboard Bamboo GT, worst decision ever made. Remote disconnect constantly, even after a remote exchange, adjust antenna accordingly to cs instructions twice, still kept disconnecting. Board died after around 50 km, still turns itself off constantly after a battery exchange. Now, it just sit there in my apt. taking up space. Don’t dare to ride it, since I don’t really trust it to stay powered during rides. Piece of shit board.

I don't know whether you are part of the wowgo user group but there were some excellent designs submitted. Designs that were really professional, more original and simplistic. However, a lot of the people that submitted believe they just did it for the media attention and just lied about the free board for the designer. I don't think it's a coincidence that they deleted all media related to the contest. They know they did something wrong.

That board will handle more weight. I've own evolve and the only difference is the price point. Evolve using different batteries as well and always had problems with them. If you don't wanna overspend and you wanna quality go for wowgo

@@kieras255 you own a evolve gtr!? Because the battery is pretty much the same as the one of the wowgo. Maybe you mean the carbon gt. It looks very similar but is way different. And to say something about the quality of the new at2 is a little bit early. There are no long time tests available.

It's clearly a copy! Looks like a mixture of the old carbon gt and the new carbon gtr. So many things are looking practically identical. So you can choose if you want to buy the original or the fake. The fake one is half the price. But if it's really good. Why did they have to make a 1:1 copy of a successful board instead of making something on their own.

hi very nice video if I can say something about your reviews (and what I would like to see in the future) you are not talking about after-sales support (I know you talked about it in the video where you compared exway flex wowgo 3x and bacfire zealot) - for me personally, support is important because : when I buy an esk8 for 700 or more dollars something breaks and you don't have support ... (that's why I didn't buy it -ownboard Bamboo and bought an exway flex (which I've still been waiting for over 4 months :/ )) ps. i love your videos

I had this board pre ordred but they couldn't seem to give me any idea when they would start shipping, and I've read multiple bad stories about their customer service so I canceled. Looking at a ownboard now. It looks basically the same and sounds like there customer service isn't much better. But glad to see some content about the at2. Just wish wowgo would've took a little more time to talk to me.

Not sure what happened but I've always had great CS from wowgo. Owned a 2S and just pre-ordered the AT. They've looked up my order a couple times over chat and have overall been really helpful. I always contact around midnight CST through their website which might have something to do with it. Not sure but wanted to provide my experience here. Good luck with the Ownboard :)

@@kir13y8 Its hard to decide, everyone has there own opinions on wowgo and ownboard CS. The more research I do it seems ownboard has major battery issues. Now I dont know what to do lol. Ive never had a product from either company so I can only go on what ppl tell me but sounds like you've had good luck.

I'm all for pneumatic tyres, but it just quadruples the failure rate of the whole setup, you gotta carry tubes and a pump around, for street...I don't know, honeycomb seems a better option, where do you even get the tubes for those tyres? can you go tubeless like MTB?

Nick L I just got my first eboard a meepo nls pro. I don’t know about the other brands you mentioned but the meepo is awesome. My only complaint is it took 8 weeks for me to get it.

Yoo im 6'4 100kg i got the meepo v3 almost a year ago, this thing is a beast. Only thing that bugs me that they dont ship with 100mm polyurathanes and most of the time they out of stock on 100mm. You will love the meepo

Wow Go sent me an email saying that due to Covid -19 we are slow and wont ship your board till the 25th of July we will extend your warranty i ordered it on June 20th to ship by air i guess i wont be skating till the beginning of fall

@@landau100170 oh wow, thats why I cancled my at2, it was supposed to start shipping July 15th but I bet it will be a month or 2 yet sense its brand new. Ya it would be awesome if some were made in the US and still reasonably priced

I live in nz, they took a month to send it but didn't specify the address on the parcel and did not give me the correct tracking information even while I was trying to communicate with them. The board ended making a round trip back to China before I finally received it after about 2 months. Also they wouldn't refund me half way through and even tried getting me to pay for the shipping fee twice. Great board but nightmare customer service.

Less air will give better grip on bad/rocky terrain. I would think, I know when you off road in trucks you always air down.

Looks not bad but its not 12s (44.4v) battery and apparently no fast ( 4amps ) charger as well , I dont know why they are still using 10s , you get less power and it take longer to recharge
