Can you PLEASE explain why people A) hate CV's and Subs? B) Use subs like a surface ship? Finally C) complain about balance?

@@jarretthuffin A) Because Submarines and Carriers take away from what people love most about the game - angling and duelling with Armor piercing shells and secondary batteries in close quarters. B) Because the subs are faster on the surface and have a good concealment without having to dive. C) Because the game is not balanced. People have a number of issues with the game pertaining to A), but Wargaming is pumping out new content instead. Worst thing about the new content is that it's hard for players to keep up with.

Pretty much me these past days, ive geniunly tried to play. But i get wrecked so hard by subs i quit after 1 game yday, managed like 6 games the day before that.. Yea. Good time to explore new games. Even tried playing coop, only to get wrecked by a bot sub...The game is actually ruined.

I just played my first randoms in over a few months of being away because of work. Played one match with subs in it and I quit playing immediately after.

As a retired USN submariner, I get why the game has challenges keeping balance. Submarine technology was an evolving ongoing experiment. Many submariners lost their lives perfecting undersea warfare. The game is a game. I applaud trying to add subs in... but I also get why targets (surface ships) feel inadequate.

Jake (drphilcosby) has alot of great sub clips if you choose to make another one of these sub focused episodes. But as the comments are rather negative i imagine you wont. Which is a shame since i quite like watching good players dab on others.

it's not as good if the good player is dabbing on others with a blatantly broken ship type. If he's as good as you're saying, then he should be able to dab on others with other types. "Dabbing" on players with a broken ship type is borderline trolling for the sake of trolling. Literally playing to ruin everyone else gameplay. That doesn't make him a good player at all, even if his stats say otherwise.

@@Seluecus1 this might be news to you. But o7 is among the best clans in the game. Jake knows his shit. And i can assure you that playing subs is difficult if you play like he does. Subs can be very difficult to play, high risk high reward kind of deal.

But saying subs are difficult is a fucking joke and a half, jake knows it, the community knows it, even weegee knows it but people keep spending money so they keep shoving random bullshit down the games throat resulting in this.

Because they don't fit that easily into the WoWs concept, the playerbase does not like change, and the devs often shove their new ideas down our throats. In a nutshell - balancing issues.

So much anti-sub comments, I really don't get it. Probably those folks complaining about their team when they die and who would blame any other class too. If not subs, then CVs and if not that they blame DDs. What do you want, a BB battle only? How boring is that? I am very glad that the high like-ratio on this video shows that subs are very much accepted. Please do not remove them. Opinion via comments or surveys is biased anyways as people with complaints have more motivation to share their opinions. Anyways, what is the next add-on? Scuba divers :P? I am happily looking forward for further enrichments of gameplay.

top players salty because they havnt learned to completely counter subs yet... give it 2 months of official release and they will troll the subs just like anyone else. Subs are not that big of a deal tbh. Their effect on the HP pool of the match is more significant than the mechanics they bring
