@fathifazil4302 I know it's not about Autism but when a filmmaker puts his film out there, the onus is on him to make sure there are no factual errors. Do you have any idea about the social stigma people with disabilities face? Misinformation like this worsens things. He makes impactful films, he should also be responsible.

@fathifazil4302 Autism Spectrum Disorder is a neurological disorder that affects our communication abilities. Intelligence may be intact or above ours, sometimes genius level too. People in the spectrum may have difficulty picking up languages, may not be able to vocalise at all or not be able to understand sophisticated/ veiled use of language etc. Understanding is black and white! This may occur with or without physical/learning disabilities/ ADHD/ADD etc. They are usually sent to special schools that have the same syllabus for all disabled kids but people in the spectrum are usually better than other disabled kids intellectually but are bracketed with all others....It's a long story, boss! And you asked for a brief explanation, sorry. In this movie, Jeeva is portrayed like a weirdo with stiff body language and the icing on the cake is Pratap(plays dr.) and his comment about Jeeva...." he is autistic" like he is some dangerous criminally insane person. I saw this movie a long time ago so my report about the scenes could be erroneous , if it is I apologise. I can't forget the bad feeling I was left with after watching the portrayal of Autism on screen.
