I love when you do the suspension stuff I used to work for a company called quantum racing suspension and built all sorts of bespoke parts but then tryed to sell more road/trackday friendly units to Joe public,all you got was why is it so expensive.Talking to people about suspension is like pissing in the wind but big up you guys for continuing to review it

Moto2 as well, Zarco won his back to back titles on WP suspension. All KTM teams (Factory and Satellite) in Moto2 and MotoGP all run WP suspension too.

Only bike I ever had with really good suspension was the Multistrada 1200S.. the Ohlins on that were fantastic. Smooth like a magic carpet ride, but tight and dialed in where it mattered.

Took my bike to the MOT here in Switzerland today. Had placed 44 Teeth stickers on my helmet and on both sides of the tank. Got some nasty looks but the bike passed. 😀

Upgrading to Ohlins front and rear on my MT-07 was the single greatest modification i have ever made to a bike, i bet this WP stuff would be a night and day improvement as well. When the stock suspension on such a fantastic series of bikes is so bad, cough Yamaha cough cough, that its nearly unridable the manufacturer should be ashamed and ridiculed. I believe most would rather pay slightly more if it meant the stock stuff had some kind of damping so it didn't have to be thrown away and replaced right away.

I still can't find an online store with the mt09 kit.

I couldn't agree more on suspension upgrades but you can get a Ktech DDSpro rear shock and front internals for 1500. Reality is most people on the road can't outride you're budget aftermarket shocks, YSS/Ohlins sport/ktech razorlite, add progressive or linear springs upfront, you then have a good set up under 600 quid

The question is would you use WP on a ZX6R race bike? All I know is Ohlins so stepping into the unknown abit with WP as not many use it from what I can tell by trying to do abit of research

Is this now an option for the KTM 790 Duke? To my mind they could put some different graphics on the bike with this suspension and call it the 790R ? (I had and sold the KTM 790 as I didn't like the suspension (also at the time wanted more power but that was just me being silly)

Decent suspension bits are definitely one of the best things to chuck on a bike. The up-front cost turns people off, but once you take the plunge and set it up right you'll be regretting that it took you so long. Lol
