I've never had that problem and if you have any issues or concerns, then please check on their support area or contact them. Always best to check as it could relate to your settings or something else. I'm guessing that you haven't checked with them?

Best to contact the Developers, as that would need some funky JS to ensure it's only present then. Or, after purchase, set up a redirect for that page to a page with the Chat, and send them the link in email notification so you only see it for that product. Good luck.
