This is my B24 kit that I swooped up for cheap on chinabrands.com. I am not sure if you can still get these on that website but that's where I purchased this kit. Only metal drivetrain parts it has are the pinion gears in the diffs and motor. For some reason this kit lasted me some time in stock form until this sand run where the front driveshaft split at the pinion gear. I will be updating this rig soon so look out for that video!

@@RunThatRC Do you do anything in particular to keep your cab down? My cab tends to pop open with relatively minor bumps or the bumper catching something. Love your footage, keep it up!

yup the plastic driveshafts don't work too long for me. This is my least abused rig. Now for some upgrades to this bad boy!

I could have run it all day if the driveshaft didn't split at the pinion. time for upgrades. This is my only WPL I have been running stock to see how long it last before something gives. Keep in mind I didn't abuse this rig as much as my metal upgraded kits.

I've got one of those coming and I'm going to bash on it till something goes then putting the mental kit on it might as well get my money worth on the plastic diff ect before I switch it out for the metal ones

i have lost some side mirrors to roll overs but usually they stay on when superglued on.

They have one of these at my local hobby town. I’m thinking of getting it and using the guts for my Bruder Ram Power wagon RC conversion (1/16 model). I might just buy all the upgrade parts from Banggood and build it piece by piece though, since I’ll end up upgrading everything anyway. Do you have any opinions on which WPL truck would work as a good base for the transplant?

probably the B series trucks because of the straight frame rails. Don't remember where, but I've seen a power wagon converted WPL on a facebook page.

I made the windscreen and rear windows with spare lexan from a proline body. You can use any plastic or even clear tape and just glue it on and your good to go!

I do have several running videos with this model if you wanna check them out. Some crawling action in some of them. This was more of a sand bash. The sand was so soft if I even stopped or slowed down in most spots it would sink and have been stuck a lot more unfortunately.
