The Nature Boy himself swings by the kitchen to chat with Sam Morril and Bert about the good ol’ wrestling days. He opens up about his son, his women, and his FLAIR. They’ll laugh, they’ll cry… and they’ll eat French Onion - inspired chicken with a side of Bodega Cat whiskey. Plus, he’s promo’ing the hell out of Sam’s new special. You should check it out, too.

I watched this a few days ago and forgot to comment. I wasn't expecting to cry watching Something's Burning. Especially with Ric Flair on it. Rics story about his son who he lost hit me harder than a ton of bricks. I lost my son's mother in 2019. It never gets easier but sharing in that pain is kind of cathartic. I want to thank Ric from the bottom of my heart thank you for sharing your story. ❤

I've always admired Ric. When I found out about his son I knew it was heavy. My family loves wrestling and has invested into there lives and history. It's hard to explain that pain. It's supernatural.

Bert, thank you for having Ric Flair! This was such a good show. Not only did we get to see Ric, but we got to see Richard Fliehr in a vulnerable state too. That was strong for sharing, thank you so much!!!

Oh my heart. Definitely didn’t think I would feel this much from a Something’s Burning episode. If you see this Ric, (which I doubt) you did everything you could! Addiction is no joke but just know your son loves you still, and what happened isn’t your fault.

I live close to L.A. a few years ago…one day my friend tells me “dude you’re not gonna believe who I saw at the Gas Station Yesterday?” I was so confused.. he tells me “It’s gonna blow your mind..it’s a wrestler” and I’m going “😳 who? The Rock… Undertaker?” We used to be HUGGGGGEE wrestling fans wit my friend , my brother and I at the time.. When The Rock, Stone Cold , Mankind were still wrestling… the Rock and Sock connection 😂 so my friend tells me “you’re not gonna believe me.. but I saw Rick Flair… I took a picture wit him… he was such a nice dude… so cool” 😂 I couldn’t stop laughing… we were both so happy and laughing going “WOOOOOOO!!!!” 😂

I felt that story about his son hard. Addiction is such a widespread epidemic that is deeply painful. My brothers been fighting with addiction for almost 30 years. It’s no one fault, drugs are very powerful and corrupt in ways that most people can’t heal. It hurts a lot when they’re close though
