Bro, this is not good advice. I’m assuming your talking about wrestlers trying to lose weight pre-season, so if I’m wrong correct me. Telling kids to do OMAD and to only eat 2 grapes every 15 days will seriously hinder performance and the health of the wrestler. You should be telling them to eat in a calorie deficit to lose weight every week, and to eat well balanced meals(healthy carbs, healthy fats, and proteins) filled with protein, especially pre and post workout.

i said the grape thing to show that you can push yourself to intermittent fast and not die. obviously eating 2 grapes in 15 days is just fasting. but you can get all your vitamins, proteins, and carbs with 2k calories in one day. i think you completely misunderstood the whole video. the point is to spend less time digesting food, get all the proteins you need but control your calorie intake and your food intake (when you eat). while digesting food you cannot burn fat. you use the calories in your food instead of your fat ass
