Stuart, Could you guys create a basic step by step tutorial for Neck drills for wrestling by Lyubo, I am ready to get it.... I just the got the full tutorial from Lyubo it is one the best.

Great stuff, now I am anxious to practice hahahaha, maybe now I can get single leg on those big trunk like legged people, it was literally a pain to lift their legs to try anything
