I remember I first saw this when it came out I was only 13 years old I was still hyped from the pirates of the Caribbean movies when I went into this I had no idea how much of a dark movie it was me and my two cousins went to the movie theater downtown I still remember most of the details from this film how dark and gritty it was and I had no idea till years later that it was based on the Stephen King book I think that this movie is so underrated because now a lot of people talk about it because it's such a good psychological feeler you're rooting for the protagonist on the real life he's the villain at the end that's a nice twist so I didn't see that coming as a kid and I doubt that other people who went there's not knowing what the plot was did either.

@@MJPamuru20 It’s a good film, but not the best film you’ve ever seen! The atmosphere reminds me of the ‘Misery’ (Stephen King) adaptation - that was why I enjoyed it initially.

Actually it makes sense. Amber heard is perfect golddigger she must have followed JD from young age. You know how teenagers are. This movie and now current situation of JD is giving me "Misery" movie vibes. AH was a fan of JD more then anything and over time relationship got sour she could not control him so she tried to destroy him.

At 7:56 is the part when Whitney almost gets pushed down the stairs and the female lead lands a punch to save her sister then runs up the stairs and 💩on his bed and blames the yorkie 🐕who later steps on a 🐝 and wins her case and everybody claps 👏. To me I see that the moral of the story is that people are willing to kill to produce a great story line. If that was reality then Some writers are not great at all. As an instructor once told me sometimes it's A for effort. I didn't think I deserved the A. Then I read this book where a woman put her all into it. Her grammar worse than mine. I love the fact that she tried and won!
