Not really. If you don't have the skill, you can learn it. I find that pretty motivating. If you do have the skill, then it especially wouldn't be a problem.

yes, because if you think that no one has figured it out immediatly that means ur not alone and you'll find it eventually meaning you don't have to be dissapointed when something doesn't work out
