I was a prop in the school rugby teams during the seventies and the Pontypool front row very much inspired me to be the best player I could be. They were my heroes alongside the rest of that Welsh team. RIP Charlie Faulkner.

As an ex player and an Englishman who saw England more often than not get rolled over by Wales in those years I have no problem in saying Charlie was one part of the greatest front row unit rugby will ever see. RIP big man.

As much as like watching all this. In today's game he'd not be picked. Most of them wouldn't

In the words of Arthur Lowe, (Stefan Hoffmann) Stupid Boy!. What a ridiculous comment to make.
