Being calm is so important. You flow through slower, but at least you don't stumble up by obstacles and run everything through your head at once. Being in flow lets you get to the easier solution more quickly. Like a river, being calm will make the river flow through with no obstacles. Being stressed to become faster is like hitting a boulder in that river.

After years of playing chess casually I started playing sudoku and I'm loving it. Rules are so simple yet it's so logical and absorbing. So far I'm doing Microsoft easy ~12 min but I hope to get better
