Just received mine, great looking model with fantastic details. So far my only complaint is that the wheels really do not roll well at all. It poses ok with the except of the 3rd axle which doesn’t have a very good range of motion. Would have been nice if they included an opening door with an operating figure at this price.

It's bad they didn't include a single line hook and a single sheaf hook. And also it's really weird that they made some of the pulleys as solid blocks, which they usually don't do

I cannot get the front outriggers to come out more than halfway. Is there a trick to get them all the way out?

Figured it out, the Phillips head screws came too tight on the bottom. I loosened slightly and they came right out.

Does anyone know how to put the boom back into original position?? Like retracting it?

Fully extend it, and then retract it one section at a time starting at the top and work down.

@@CranesEtcTV it does not work for me, all extended but does not return to its original position. only the first part works by pressing a button. the last 5 do not go back. can you make a video?

@@daniele379 It is not possible to make a video just for this. As already stated, to retract the boom fully extend it, and then retract it one section at a time starting at the top, and work down. Each section has its own button.

I bought this fantastic model today, but how do you close the telescopic arm? the first has a button to press but the others?

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to retract the boom. After I press the first button, all the others stay locked. I can’t believe they didn’t provide any instruction except a crappy video that doesn’t even cover the main attraction-the boom!

Solved my own problem. I hadn't extended each boom section enough. It gets crazily high!

There are tabs that lock in the boom. You have to start at the base of the boom and push it in to get it to extend out fully, work your way up the boom extending it out and the retract doing the opposite starting at the tip.
