Today we’re back with a mouthwatering noodles series! Prepare a complete meal with savory and non-spicy soy sauce noodles perfect for any family, a hearty and slurpy bowl of Korean banquet noodles, and simple but delicious spicy mixed noodles with chopped kimchi.
☞ [Korean Noodle with Soy Sauce Recipe]
- Ingredients : 1/2 Cucumber, 80g Ground beef, 1 handful of baby leaves, 1 Green chili, 200g Thin noodles, Sesame seeds
- Beef sauce : 1/2tbsp Soy sauce, 1tsp Sugar, 1/2tsp Minced garlic, 1/2tbsp Sesame oil, Pepper
- Noodle sauce : 2.5tbsp Soy sauce, 1tbsp Oligosaccharide, 1/2tsp Minced garlic, 1tsp Sugar, 2tbsp Sesame oil, Pepper
1. Cut cucumber into long strips and add salt. Cut green chili into rings. Put baby leaves into cold water and remove moisture.
2. Mix all noodle sauce ingredients.
3. Drizzle some oil in a pot and stir-fry marinated beef.
4. Put the thin noodles in boiling water and stir well to keep the noodles from sticking together.
When the water boils up, pour a half cup of cold water. Repeat this 3-4 times until the noodles are cooked.Wash the noodles in cold running water to remove starch. Place the noodles on a strainer.
5. Mix the noodles with soy sauce mixture and fried beef in a bowl.
6. Put noodles with soy sauce in a bowl and add baby leaves, cucumber, green chili, and sesame seeds on the top.
7. Sprinkle sesame seed and enjoy.
☞ [Spicy Noodles with Kimchi Recipe]
- Ingredients : 2 Cups Well-fermented (Sour) Kimchi, 200g Thin Noodles, 1/2 Cucumber, 1 Boiled Egg, - A bit of Sesame Seeds- Spicy Sauce : 2tbsp Red Chili Paste (Gochujang), 2tbsp Vinegar, 2tbsp Corn syrup, 1tbsp Soy Sauce, 1tbsp Sugar, 1tbsp Cooking Wine, 1tbsp Sesame oil, A bit of Pepper
1. Chop Kimchi into thick pieces and mix with spicy sauce ingredients. Cut cucumbers into long strips and cut the boiled egg in half.
2. Put the thin noodles in boiling water and stir well to keep the noodles from sticking together. When the water boils up, pour a half cup of cold water. Repeat this 3-4 times until the noodles are cooked.
3. Wash the noodles in cold running water to remove starch. Place the noodles on a strainer.
4. Hand mix the noodles with kimchi and spicy sauce.
5. Place the spicy noodles on a plate and top with cucumber, boiled egg and sesame seeds.

- Basic : 200g Thin noodles (somyen), 1/2 Zucchini, 2 Eggs, Half handful of Chives, 1 Hot Pepper, 6 cups of Seafood stock, pinch, Cooking oil
- Soup mixture : 1/2tbsp Soy sauce, 1/2tsp Salt, Pepper
- Sauce mixture: 3tbsp Soy sauce, 1tbsp Cooking wine, 1/2tbsp Minced garlic, 1/2tsp Red pepper powder, 1 Hot Pepper, Half handful of Chives, pepper
