It's crazy that they said there'd be no more CW without Arrow. Then why'd you cancel Legends on a cliffhanger?

& ironically, it basically died not long after they went off the air

This would’ve been crazy if I hadn’t watched the flash from season two, it changed my life. But if it did happen then I would’ve continued watching Disney instead of DC!! That would be insane!!! I love the entire arrowverse as a whole.

It wouldn’t have just affected The Arrowverse but Supernatural would’ve been cancelled too.

These were great days. I'm still angry that soooooooo many limitations were put upon the Arrowverse in order to maintain integrity in the movies. I would have been fine with it if the DCEU wasn't so elseworlds.

Overall flash season one two three and four was the best seasons five through nine were OK. You could tell the writing was up and down if they stay true to the source material and have been a writers that know how to tell a story season five through nine could’ve been good as 123 and four.

DC would've been just fine. Before Arrow, we got Human Target on Fox. Which people liked. Well, the first season. Gotham was also on Fox. Constantine was on NBC. Krypton was on Syfy.

Sounds like when Tennant left Doctor Who the first time. BBC wanted to cancel the show because they swore up and down it would never be as big again. Fortunately, Matt Smith proved it would still be popular. Also, I remember when Mark Pedowitz, the head of The CW at the time, announced Arrow, he said they wanted to get back that male audience that they lost when Smallville ended. He was very smart and it’s just sad to see the current regime over at the network is so ashamed that their precious network was known as a “superhero and genre network”. They canned all the shows we loved and I think the folks behind The Flash and Supernatural saw the writing on the wall and wanted to get out of Dodge before their shows were turned into shells of what they once were. One last thing. Having grown up with The WB, hearing the “Had Arrow flopped it would have killed The CW”, I equate that to if someone had said before it premiered that if Pokemon had flopped it would have killed The WB. It’s over exaggerating and all it means is something else would have come along to lead the network. Same if someone would have said Smallville tanking would have killed The WB. Something else would have come along and they’d have tried again later. Yes, I get Pokemon was technically a Kids’ WB! show, but I just mean they would’ve said the whole network of The WB AND Kids’ WB! and it’s success would have rested on its shoulders. It’s not like they didn’t have hits either. Batman Beyond, Superman: The Animated Series, Men In Black: The Series and other shows were helping the network to succeed and other shows like Jackie Chan Adventures and Yu-Gi-Oh and others would have kept it going. Pokemon just kicked it into another gear and made it more successful. It’s like with Fox Kids. They were already a hit when Mighty Morphin Power Rangers came along. They had X-Men, Batman, Animaniacs and other shows. MMPR just brought it to a whole new level. Same with Kids’ WB! The lineup or block was already successful. Pokemon just made it even more of a success. Also, there was an ad before Pokemon premiered where it had a logo at the end for The WB instead of Kids’ WB! That makes me think they were gonna make it a show for The WB Television Network instead but decided to put it on Kids’ WB! instead. It said Pokemon was coming soon and had a “The WB Television Network” logo. So it was either going to be tried out on The WB first or else they were going to give it a regular timeslot on The WB instead of Kids’ WB! That’s my guess because if it was going to be on Kids’ WB! they would have just put that Kids’ WB! logo on there instead. Then again, maybe they were going to premiere it on Sunday night like they did with Batman Beyond and then officially make it a regular program for Kids’ WB! They did that a lot during this time is all I mean.

Its funny though cause if you go all the way back to Smallville, you could have had the CW universe sooner if they just went ahead with the Batman show they had planned to run along side Smallville after season 2. However Dc didn't give them the go ahead. You even had set up in Smallville tons of characters, like Aquaman, Hawk Man, even the justice Society. Could have all been their own shows.

Not gonna lie the only CW shows I care about are Superman & Lois and Smallvile. Those are the only good ones. I didn't care for The Flash, Supergirl, or Bootleg Batman with a bow and arrow.
