Wages will have to rise to match the conditions on the ground. People can’t afford high interest rates on current wages in the Vegas valley

I think that's generally everywhere in the world. Inflation rises faster than getting a raise...but we're here to see what we can do to get you into a home you'd be happy with. We also encourage people to think about begin Vegas adjacent... I mean, there definitely are options.

Lets be really real, you are a realtor so you see the market. You are showing people median price talking about prices going up. Even in 2023 entry level homes were selling quickly, these days entry level homes even though prices havent gone up on them are sitting. Its the higher end homes that are getting price cuts that are selling more now, hence the median price rising. Anyone watching the markets for more than a year can see this. Thought I'd actually see some insider information but just got more date the rate garbage 0/10 would not recommend. Good Luck getting it to the new california though, especially since 10k's are showing weakening in the casino industry...which if they continue to be punished will force the state to either increase property taxes or add a state tax as the Hotel and Casino industries pay the fee that keeps us from having a state tax. Just imagine a California priced house with a Texas property tax yikes, all these investors that are buying right now will dump so fast. 4/5 demands I see are LLC investors, the other 1/5th are mostly 2nd+ homes for california residents.

Yes, you can! You may need to fulfill the requirements of the states you want to be a realtor in, but the short answer is YES!

Why would someone want to move to Las Vegas if it’s going to be the size of Los Angeles in 10 years. And eventually the same price. I like the Vegas area but want to move away from a big city not go to one.

Some people like the idea of being in a big city....but I hear you. There are definitely some advantages to being a "small city"
