shit i hope the real book eventually fall back on us eventually. the archives are like true known history, they speak the strory of the black american people, me being mexican and a lover of hiphop wish the industry could pass on that art and reality that was the big bang of hiphop/rap. shit i wish the man could spill some tea on what was real jazz, rock and roll. the funk was mainstreamed via the television monitor. but whatever... power to the people forever.

I am sure he is a good humble dude, he was a LOT younger then too probably and had that edge to him. Years of the industry probably calmed him down a bit as well, dealing with a lot of different folks.
