This just made my year ! To see all the love and the respect for my grandfather (Jesse Glover) it’s just amazing. I will keep the Legacy going and continue to learn non classical Gung fu ... I am Glover

Hey, I have a bunch of photos that I shot of him at different occasions in Hamburg, Also in high resolution. I also offered them to his daughter, Marqitta (not sure I am spelling it right - is that your mother)I am not sure she got them downloaded, though. In the meantime I digitslized my complete archive so there are a few more now. If you also want them, contact me. Just hearing his voice here is enjoyable.

Yes keep their memories alive because you're important there aren't many people left tied to Bruce that can keep their legacy going. Btw it doesn't take a genius to see where Bruce picked up his demeanor from. I could tell that the way Bruce acted on most of his movies he had a lot of that from being friends with Jesse.

Nice to meet a grandchild of a legend! I only met and trained with Jesse twice in London, in around 2010 year. Even at that time(with his age and illness) he was really thought, we were training for 8-10 hours a day at Sifu Sayfi Shevket gym, going to restaurant for dinner after it. He use to love to talk about Bruce a lot. Mych love and respect ❤👊

I've watched this video many many times. Every time i watch it, my heart goes out to these legends. I honestly know how it was then in the 60's, 70's, I lived it, life was so different. Although i never heard of Kung Fu or any martial art for that matter till the 70's, I believe life was just beautiful and easier back then. Thank God for You tube i get to see the great Jesse Glover and his life with Sijo Bruce and what transpired then. RIP Legends.

What an amazing life mr glover lived already an experienced judo practitioner he got to meet bruce lee and the rest is history he absorbed all the knowledge bruce gave him and became a formidable fighter and a great teacher... but more he and bruce became best friends he honored Bruce's legacy and the love and admiration show's in this video where he shows us his plot not far from bruce and brandon lee so even when he is no longer with us,he will be close to his friend's 🙏 RIP mr.glover as i mentioned before you lived an amazing life

Just found out that Jesse once claimed that Bruce was able to land a punch in around 0.05 second from 3 feet away. Yikes! I don't think anyone else can punch that fast!

Bruce Lee is the GOAT but “The Legend of Bruce Lee” is a purely fictional and an inaccurate portrayal of the life of BL as well as of the actual events that took place. It is a great disservice to the BL legacy and he will not approve if he’s still alive. Quite surprising to know that Shannon Lee is the Executive Producer of the biopic.🤔
