Its funny the 1st kung fu films I ever saw were Shaolin vs Lama and Shaolin Temple vs Lama both are major ground breaking martial art films and Mr. Lo performance was excellent in both films.

Alexander Lo Rei was an under rated kungfu movie actor..he is so versatile. He can even become a good leg fighter back in the day. He did great in secret rivals 3 with John Liu..

Cool flick with over the top action and colourfull characters,Alexander Lo was nice in a lot of flicks,this has a decent story and some great action,although a bit too effect heavy and sped up at times for my taste.

I find it odd that the chief henchman of the Black Sect (who always seems to be dressed in purple) has all of his combat scenes speeded up. His tumbling skills look admirable, but apparently the director thought he needed to look a little more proficient in his combat scenes and jacked up his play back speed.

Description fills in the basic story line. Some more details for those who may need them: The Black Fashion lead by Lord "Cha Su" (Alan Hsu) sends "Tin Seng" to start the trouble at Shaolin temple. Plenty of fighting then "Cin Kari" returns from Tibet (description) and is attacked twice. (William Yen) is the monk with the fake hair monk in woods. There is a big fight to protect Lord "Hak Sa" (Wong Hap). Oddly, "Cin Kari" makes waves at Shaolin. Cin then fights 10 monks. Now recovered Cin will fight on a bet. Both parties practice skills and the abbot fights 3 specialists. Cin & a monk have a huge clash with Cha Su's men yet two are still left to deal with. Movie is loaded with fighting and many commenters praise Alexander Lo Rei as one of the top notch fighters in the industry. This film is typical of a Lo Rei all fighting package !
