This baked oatmeal cake perfect for breakfast or coffee time, healthy and easy to make, no flour, no butter and gluten free!
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas 230g.
3 eggs.
20ml flaxseed oil.
60ml orange juice.
1 tbsp maple syrup.
100g/1 cup oatmeal.
2 tbsp cacao powder.
1/2 tsp baking powder.
Pinch of salt.
Physalis.
- grease round baking dish with oil.
- Bake at 180°C/350°F at 25-30 minutes.
