Didnt even consider co-op going into this beta but now its one of my favorite features

Ok so basically you can do the same as in genshin BUT, bc the echo system doesn't need stamina you can farm with your friends for as long as you want, which is awesome

Finally a Co-op where we do more than just picking mint in the other player's world

In Genshin (many people don't notice this) in co-op mode.. You see there 4slots right? Each player that joins your world, the mobs, bosses there will have an increase resistance of 25% each player that enters your world.. So example if there are 4 people in your world (yourself is included) If you take on bosses you will noticed it that the bosses will be harder to take down, it is harder compare if your just soloing your world (thats just how co op mechanic works in Genshin) Now my question is.. Is this the same in Wutheringwaves too?

I wish we could do hard boss fights on coop :( I really like coop but if the coop content is too easy, it's not going to feel very fun after a while. I really hope they add more fun things to do on coop. They don't have to be forced events but something to kill time with your friends. Really hoping they do coop a lot better than Genshin.

I hope they adding pvp(just training mode, playing around with friends no need rewards or anything) or an event where 1 player play as a boss and the other player try to beat it, also adding a raid like what lost ark has would be good even if it just 3 players co op. Imagine there is raid boss like Valtan, you need to perfect parry it or else your team gets wiped.

They need to add an auto pick up for the falling item so it get easy to farm faster

I wonder if finding a shiny is guaranteed to drop the echo or if you can still possibly not get a drop.

I wish they would allow co-op to still be able bring 2/3 characters so you it can still keep the unique gameplay mechanics and just make mobs stronger so you still put up a fight depending on how many friends are in the world.

is exploration instanced or can you not explore with other people?

Just a thought, the ping is good is because its still in closed beta. Not a lot of people logging in. But looking at the coop, seems fun on this game. Cant wait to try it once it is released.

i was hoping they added the ability to heal teammates and activate eachother’s qte but it seems they havent. Its fine though, maybe they wanted to balance it out since three people attacking is a big difference

Sad. Was hoping Co-op would be more than what Genshin has. Its basically the same, restrictive co-op as Genshin made a bit better by the nature of artifact farming. Was REALLY hoping you could quest together/open chests, etc. and have them written in the database specifically to your account (so you can't double-dip chests etc.).

I think one thing that makes wuwa coop better is that most charas are self sufficient so when playing in coop its better while in genshin people need to rely on rotations just to kill a elite enemy so it just become a chore in coop of course theres exceptions to this like nuvillet but they are just that exceptions that lots of people dont have

Ngl this sounded concerningly close to Genshin where farming domains, weekly bosses, and all that in co op is way faster for new players, but once you reach certain character investment (AR55+ I guess), clearing by yourself becomes as easy, if not easier than going through the hassle of using co op (unless you got a whale friend lmao). Hope it doesn't play out like this considering how many ppl hate Genshin co op, or find it meaningless. I guess the whole “grinding without stamina” part plays a huge role in differentiating the two tho, since in Genshin co cop you only get access to another worlds materials, whereas in WW you’d get access to their “artifacts” lying around their world too so thats an interesting.

Wait... isn't boss Echo respawn every 5 to 10 minutes? So u can grind it infinitely, but won't get reward material if u don't have the stamina.

Why are you using a Japan VPN? Wouldn't playing on the SEA server(Singapore) from Australia give you a better ping than playing on the Asia(Japan) server?

Seems like it would speed up farming if your partnered well. I like the idea of echo running with other players. In genshin im often faster farming myself as the teams people bring are so rubbish, as your relient on supports.

Finally an infinite grind just like a monster hunter game.

chest respawning would make this game a real competitor. it makes the open world have meaning other then the 1 time exploration. on top of free rolls they should make chest respawn several times a year as a way to give out extra rolls

🙏🙏🙏HOPE WW devs figure out a way that when a party of three EXPLORE together and OPEN up a chest, that same chest will automatically be open in the other two WORLDS as well. I know there will be cases where people may abuse this to collect chests faster. One solution I think of is that maybe implement a Rule such that the players has to be together within certain meters for the chests to be opened in all of their individual Worlds.

Man, i was expecting bit to much, its basically gunshin coop 101, fighting boss and gathering material or in this case echo, Was expecting some kind of dungeon explorers where you could get the gems for pulling (like Guardian tales colossium or expendition) or special free weapon like that and some kind of special coop world quests that you could do together or some way to play the main story quest together, what a let down

Yeh amazing co op max to 3 people I’m quite disappointed.

I can see people abuse this system so hard. Just create 5-10 accounts and just go to their world everyday and defeat boss and collect echo.

A co-op that doesn't put unnecessary handicap to the players? Nice. Genshin's basic co-op sucks due to the fact that elemental reactions restrict each player's choice of characters. Everyone wants to play their main or certain characters but since bosses HP scales with the no. of players in co-op instead of making boss hunts easy and fast it makes it much slower and less fun, slower when there are no decent elemental reactions to take advantage and less fun when you are forced to play certain characters with certain elements to make fights faster.

it seems that the co-op in WuWa is better compared to Genshin! surely no genshin fan try to defend their game and call it "the same" or "WuWa is just copying genshin!" surely....
